General:

By joining the COBC Mastery Programme, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. The materials contained in this mastery programme are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Payment:

Card payment automatically via stripe monthly or an upfront payment for the year on enrolment

Cancellations:

The commitment is for 12 months. If you cancel within 21 days after commencement by email, you will only be charged for the first month. After that you are liable for the full 12 months.

Transfers:

If you leave the programme in the first 90 days, you can have a credit for someone in the same organisation. They must, however, start their programme within 30 days of the person leaving the programme. After 30 days, there will be no credit held.

User Login Details:

You will receive login details to our Thinkific platform on which all the mastery content can be accessed during and on completion of each module. This access is exclusively for your use only and may not be shared with other parties.

Content:

Content shared by the Clinic Owners Business Club in the mastery programme is exclusively for your use to apply to your clinic management and may not be replicated to share with others for commercial or non-commercial purposes

Limitations:

In no event shall the school be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profits, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the content provided in the Mastery programme or other Clinic Owner Business Club content sources.
